Experience

Lucas currently works in strategic civil and corporate litigation at Donato & Garcia Neto Advogados, with experience in drafting pleadings and appeals, case monitoring, and conducting evidentiary, trial, and settlement hearings. Throughout his career, he has also developed experience in consumer, tax, and administrative litigation, as well as public contracts and public procurement procedures.

He has previously worked at law firms with practices in tax, criminal, social security, and civil law, as well as at the Court of Justice of the State of Paraná and the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the State of Paraná, gaining practical experience across different areas of litigation and public administration. He is familiar with electronic court systems such as EPROC, E-SAJ, PROJUDI, and PJe, as well as legal management and support tools.
