Nathália Basilio

Nathália is a lawyer working in civil litigation and consumer law, with experience in legal matters involving cryptoasset companies. An alumnus of FGV Direito SP, she excels in drafting complex legal briefs, conducting hearings, and representing both consumers and companies.

Nathália began her career as an intern at Conectas Human Rights and Basilio Advogados. She later worked as a lawyer at De Jorge, Scarpelli e Azevedo Advogados and Thaise Pavani Sociedade Individual de Advocacia, with strong experience in mass litigation and consumer defense. She currently works at Donato & Garcia Neto Advogados, representing companies in the cryptoasset sector, drafting pleadings, attending hearings, and providing strategic legal counsel.
